A set of mutators for playing “Arena” type games (everyone has the selected weapon with infinite ammo and there are no weapon pickups on the map) with the UT3 weapons.

This is a weapon for Unreal Tournament 3, primary fire is a faster version of the standard Enforcer primary fire, secondary fire launches a grenade like the ones from the Rocket Launcher’s alternate fire.
There are a few elements of it that still need work but it’s entirely usable ingame.
